DS90LV012A: Propagation Delay vs. Temperature Plot

Hi all,

I am looking for a specific plot of the propagation delay vs. temperature of the DS90LV012A. There are general propagation delay characteristics given across temperature but having the more specific data on hand would be greatly preferential.

Hi Filipe,

Are there any specific temperatures outside -40 to 85 deg C you are interested in?

Note that under the normal recommended operating condition for the temperature, the prop delay is specified to be within 1ns to 3.5ns, thanks.

Could you clarify if the specified prop delay for 1ns to 3.5ns wouldn't meet the requirements within the normal operating condition? Thanks.

Hi Michael,

The concern is moreso if delay vs temperature follows a non-linear behavior. If it is non-linear, then I would like a graph to see what the delay looks like vs temperature. I believe the 1ns to 3.5ns prop delay is acceptable here but need more granularity on those numbers vs temperature.

Or if available, the ps/degC coefficient for propagation delay.
