Hi experts

We've been using the instructions in this app note (www.ti.com/.../snla386.pdf) to estimate junction temperature on DS250DF410 retimers.

Is there a similar procedure we can follow to estimate junction temperature on DS125DF111 retimers?

    Hi Jim,

    Unfortunately there is not a similar procedure for estimating junction temperature on the DS125DF111.

    In order to estimate junction temperature for this device, I would recommend measuring (or estimating) the power consumption and using the device thermal information to estimate the junction temperature for the device.
