When I look the Tr and Tf requirement of RGMII, I am confused that if this spec need to be followed on TX_CLK/TX_Dx and RX_Dx/RX_CLK?

The question I send to Ethan is I need to know if the Tr/Tf requirement(<0.75ns) apply to all the data line TXD& RXD and clock line TXC&RXC on PHY IC xxx720R side.
