Hi Peter,

Unfortunately I could not location any resources regarding power supply filtering / distribution for our TLK10xxx products. I would recommend referencing the TLK10232 EVM User's Guide (linked below). This contains the schematic and layout for the TLK10232. This would be applicable to the TLK10031.
