TPD6S300A: What is the bandwidth of SBU path?

Hi,

I want to use SBU for different differential signals which is like 100MHz. I couldn't get any information about the bandwidth of the SBU path of the TPD6S300A. Is it possible to use TPD6S300A for higher frequencies?

The integrated SBU OVP FETs within the TPS6S300A were designed to support up to 1GHz bandwidth:

For CC OVP switches, the typical bandwidth is around 100MHz:
