When the device is configured, initialized and up and running, in order to set link status to active/down only register 0x485 (PCS_CTRL1) bit 12 should be set/cleared.
1) Is this correct?
2) If this is correct, is such bit/register also available for DP83TC812x, meaning, is link control available by hardware for DP83TC812x
