TUSB212-Q1: Impact on DP/DM when VCC is not powered

Part Number: TUSB212-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TUSB212

Hi Team,

We are planning to use TUSB212-Q1 in USB2.0  part next to USB BC1.2 charger. This is mainly to mitigate USB BC1.2 charger loss(Ron 6ohm and Con 6pf).

We have usecase where USB BC1.2 charger should work in system off state and should know the status of USB DP/DM in off state. Since we have TUSB212 in the path between TypeA connector to USB BC1.2 charger ,

  1. When VCC is not powered, RST is low and all TUSB212 pin are not powered , what is the impact on USB2 DP/DM lines. Does it allow pass through of USB lines or it has any impact on signal quantity when VCC is zero?
  2. What is the board length is allowed from TUSB212 to TypeA connector?

Thanks
