TSB12LV32-EP: Temp rating

I have a customer using the TSB12LV32-EP device in one of their new designs, and they have a question about the temperature rating.

The datasheet rating lists a maximum T_ambient of 110°C. Is there a junction rating for this part as well? If so, would it be 125°C?

They are in a situation where the board temperature is predicted to be around 110°C, and would like to take a closer look from a junction standpoint to see if they’d be okay.

I can not find the maximum junction temperature of TSB12LV32-EP, but the recommended junction temperature will be 125C.

So to confirm, if we are operating the device at say, 120°C ambient, and the junction temperature is 123°C, are we okay?

Assume the case temperature is 120C as measured per the JEDEC standard. With this package, we will have 5C between the case and the junction temperature, so the junction temperature will be 125C, meeting the TSB12LV32-EP spec.
