Hello Team,

is it possible to use two ONET4201LD or ONET4211LD in parallel to get to current of about 170mA?

In the datasheet, I could not find a specification for the delay between input signals ( DIN+/DIN-) and output current at MOD+/MOD-.

How large may chip to chip variation of this delay be?

Can both laser drivers be driven by the same input signal?

    Greetings Sunset,

    Device has not been characterized or part to part variation has not been characterized - this would have a big impact on the eye quality under this condition. Unfortunately, most of the parts we have max out at 85mA modulation current.
