TS3USB221: IBIS file is missing output model on CR-5000 Lightning tool

Hello,

My customer uses CR-5000 Lightning tool and would like to run simulation on that, but it seems the IBIS file of TS3USB221 is missing output model and they can't do that. Would you please tell me how to fix this issue?

we only have S parameter model, can customer use it?

Thank you for your advice. It seems my customer has changed the method to import the IBIS into the simulator which has fixed the issue. I suppose the thread shown below I disclosed them might have given them ideas to fix the issue. You can close this thread.
