At the moment, all we have available for these devices is the FIT data, which can be found at TI.com/quality.

Hello Eric,

Is this the correct website?

It looks like this website provides technology FIT and not the FIT for the complete IC package. Is that correct?

That's correct, let me see if I can work with our design team to generate the FIT data for the IC package. Please give us a week to gather this information.

Just an update, our tool to calculate FIT rate is currently not working for these part numbers. I'm working to get this solved ASAP.
