    Hi Charlie,

    The ISO 11898-2 physical layer CAN standard defines the electrical properties of CAN transceivers that are supplied by 5V Vcc. All "TCAN" device with a 5V Vcc supply conform to this international standard. 

    The basic version of such a device would be TCAN1044A. This is an 8-pin CAN FD transceiver with Standby mode, similar to what is offered with TCAN330.
