Hi, 

Doesn't it cause a failure if LVDS input is applied to the RX_IN** port before the power supply to this IC is turned on? As far as the figure below in the data sheet is concerned, it seems that there is no problem in that the data sent before the power is turned on is simply ignored, but let me confirm just in case.
