Hi,
In pin mode, port A and port B EQ index will be same.
Thus, my customer want to know whether there is any suggestion or spec requirement for mismatch control on port A and port B routing?
Thanks and Best regards,
Tiger

Hi Tiger,
Per PCIe specification, there is not a strict requirement for length matching between differential pairs of slot A or slot B - this is called inter-pair skew. These should be within 4-5 inches at Gen5. However, there is a strict less than equal to 5-mils between positive and negative lead of each channel. For example, in your diagram, TXAnP and TXAnN lengths must be within 5-mils.
