Hi 

We tested eye diagram on the CMLOUT of DS90UB954-Q1.

And we only found the requirement of Ew, it seems to meet the requirements in the Datasheet follwing:

Please help to check if this can meet FPDLlink's requirement?

    Hi Ryan,

    That does look like it is meeting the Ew requirement in the datasheet. Keep in mind though that CMLOUT is mainly useful for first-level diagnostic activity and identifying gross signal conditioning issues (such as data rate, stuck-at problems on AEQ or echo-canceller, etc.). The best way to check if you are meeting the FPD-Link requirement is using the Margin Analysis Tool. The MAP tool is simpler and more accurate. You can refer to SNLA301 and this user guide for more information.
