DP83826EVM: DC voltage bias on Pin2 of Tx HX1188

Hi,

I don't see a 3V3 bias on the Transformer pin2 for the DP83826EVM schematics. However, this bias is applied on the other TI PHY chips like DP8322 etc. The question is: In an Ethercat application based on the  DP83826 PHY, will my circuit work if I pull up the TX pin2 to 3V3?
