Can you suggest PCB guide lines SN65HVD485E.,
PCB track is straight required or not,
refer attached PCB layout it is OK or not.
PTC us for little fuse part
Kindly suggest better routing and design changes.

In theory, the differential signals should be routed symmetrically; the A/B pins are arranged so that this is possible (see section 9.4.2 of the datasheet).
Consider rotating U19 and U20 90° to the right. But for short traces or slow speeds, this does not really matter; your layout is probably fine.
(The THVD1520/THVD1420 are more modern and cheaper.)
