XIO2001: Is there any difference between PCI bus 0 and 1?

Part Number: XIO2001

Hi,

I have a card with 2 FPGAs connected to XIO2001. I have a problem where sometimes the the computer hangs during power up. The two FPGAs are identical in terms of content and the 2 FPGA know how to identify themselves as two different PCIs, when the card is working properly. In cards where the computer gets stuck during power up, I tried to program one FPGA each time, when the other one is not programmed. When the FPGA connected to CLK0 is programmed, the computer freezes while power up. When the FPGA of CLK1 is programmed, and the other one is not, the computer boots without a problem, and the PCI is present in the system (windows manager).

Is there any difference between BUS0 and BUS1 during the initialization of the XIO2001?

Do you have any idea what to check more?

Thanks!
