To whom it may concern.

I'm a hardware enginner and we need AEC-Q100 & 3.3V & Low standby current(under 100uA) & CAN FD IC.

So, we are considering TCAN334G.

I want to know plan of TCAN334G's AEC-Q100.

Could you share the AEC-Q100 completed plan or date?

Hi Ian,

The TCAN334 is not planned to be updated with a Q100 variant. Instead we are currently in development of a new Q100 automotive qualified 3.3V supplied CAN transceiver. The current schedule has this device releasing to market early next year.

Hi Ian,

Yes, the new devices will share the same basic 8-pin pinout with the function pins being the same functionality as TCAN334.
