Thanks for bringing this to E2E, you can used the TLIN1021DEVM as a reference schematic, and I'd recommend the customer purchase the LIN specification which outlines all the LIN bus component requirements. The capacitor requirement is listed in there. If there customer cannot gain access to the LIN specification, please let us know.
