video conversion

Hi, I'd like to ask for components suggestion to realize the following video conversions:

1. DVI--> serial data stream

2. NTSC --> serial data stream

3. SDI --> serial data stream

4. serial data stream --> NTSC

5. serial data stream --> DVI

Additionally, 6. SDI --> h.264 Ethernet stream

In conclusion, the aim is to serialize three different input video streams (DVI, SDI, NTSC). Each serial stream will be broadcasted into a crosspoint matrix and re-generated into DVI and NTSC. Serial data need to be transmitted on a PCB backplane (e.g. using FDP-linkIII or other serial communication solution) without using cables. Moreover, signals may need to be re-driven before being translated into a serial stream. Additionally, one SDI input has to be converted into an h.264 Ethernet stream.

Thus I would like to ask for your support in suggesting ICs (-EP or at least -40°C to 85°C) to implement the required conversion.

I'd like to thank you in advance for your help.

Best,

VE
