TUSB422: shaking hands issue between the adapter and tusb422

Hi team,

      When the TUSB422 is connected to the adapter, there is a possibility that the TUSB422 cannot achieve the handshake. After replugging the adapter, the handshake still cannot be achieved. At this time, the 0X1D register is 0x00, and the value of the register is always 0x00 after the adapter is re-plugged.

      Could you please help me figure out the reason?
