Part Number: TCAN1167-Q1

In our design wake pin is connected with battery for automotive application. We need to know whether the wake pin in TCAN1167 capablity for reverse voltage and over voltage transient as per ISO 7637-2 standard. Also provide the absolute maximum rating of the wake pin for TCAN1167-Q1 IC.

Thanks for pointing this out, it's actually a datasheet error that needs to be fixed. The absolute maximum rating for the WAKE pin is:

And the ISO 7637-2 rating is:
