My customer is considering TUSB216I and has questions.

I would be grateful if you could advise.

Regarding Datasheet P.6 6.5 About IACTIVE_HS and IIDLE_HS in Electrical Characteristics

(1) Boost Max means DC_Boost_Register 0xF or BOOST PIN LEVEL 3?

(2) RX_SEN setting is not described in the test conditions.
Is it correct to assume that RX_SEN = LOW?

How much does the current consumption increase when RX_SEN = High?

(3) What other functions consume a large amount of current?

Hi Shinichi,

1.) Boost Max means Boost Level 3.

2.) RX_SEN is at high during testing.

3.) No other functionality on the device should consume a large amount of current.

I understood the IACTIVE_HS includes Boost Level3 and RX_SEN High.

When IACTIVE_HS current consumption is 22mA typ, what is the ratio between Boost Level 3 and RX_SEN High?

I'd like to know which current is larger.

If possible, could you please provide the current consumption data for each level of Boost Level3 and RX_SEN High?
