AM26C31: Is this part been phased out ?

My South African Distributer has informed me that this product is obsolite and been phased out.

What is the replacement part for the AM26C31 and AM26C32

I am starting a new design

    Only some packaging variants and temperature ranges of the AM26C31/2 are being discontinued (see the ordering tables on their web sites). You can still use them in new designs.

    In 3.3 V systems, consider using the AM26LV31E/32E.

    Hi Peter,

    Clemens is correct - I have added the most up to date information we have on all of our parts status:

    Only the LAST TIME BUY options are currently set to be set obsolete. 

    If you have 3.3V supply systems the  AM26LV31E/32E would be our best option as well.
