TLK110: The following issue has occurred with TLK110. Do you know the cause of the problem, or what we can do to resolve the issue?

Part Number: TLK110

The following issue has occurred with TLK110.
Do you know the cause of the problem, or what we can do to resolve the issue?

・when the HUB and JJ (LAN relay adapter) are inserted and removed, an abnormal frame is received between opposite facing machines.

・the problem seems to be completely random: depending on the HUB and JJ used, the issue sometimes occurs with multiple LAN connectors connected, but other times even after 300 uses it does not occur. It seems that the problem occurs when the LAN connector is inserted slowly.

・even while the abnormal frame are being received, the correct frames are also received.

・the abnormal frames consist of the following cases (we monitored the data received from PHY in the LAN driver):
the frames are all 0x55 data
the middle of the frames contain extra 0x55 data
numbers that are 4BIT out, e.g.
(incorrect) 00 04 1E 01 5F 59 08 06
   (correct) 0F 40 E0 11 F0 95 85 60

・there is no issue with sending.

・the issue often resolves itself when the LAN connector is disconnected and reinserted.

・the issue resolves itself when the PHY is reset while the abnormal frames keep appearing.
