TPD2S300: VM pin voltage

Hi Expert,

What is the different between place 2.7V~4.5V and 8.7V~22V on VM pin. If customer use TPD2S300 on the NB and they need the Vconn and deadbattery solution. should I recommend to operate in low resistance mode?

You can see the difference in Rdson in the datasheet. Picking which mode may depend on the customer design. It is not always that customer design has a 8.7V-22V supply in their system. the VM=3.3V supply is sufficient for most designs.
