My customer will use SN65LV1224B since DS92LV1212A will be EOL. They looked at the EVM user's guide(sllu183) showing the layout recommendation on page 10, so it should be OK, but would you please check it?

I don't see anything wrong with the PCB layout. Generally, you want to have the differential lines to be equal in distance but a 0.41mm difference shouldn't cause any issues.
Another note to keep in mind is this device can have issues when not using the correct REFCLK tolerance. We need to keep the tolerance ±100.
