What is the difference between Reference clock input frequency (on Recommended Operating Condition), and REF FREQUENCY (on Clocking Modes)?

HI Kei,
On 6.3 table indicates all the allowable reference clock that the device can do. Now in different modes a certain clock is required which is shown on table 7-7. The thing to note that the ref can either be in SYNC mode where the back channel clock is provided by the deserializer and produces the forward channel clock. the other option is where you use ASYNC mode that would require a reference clock on the 953 connected to the CLKIN pin.
