LMH1219: Finding the IC which single-ended input impedance of 50 ohms

My customers want to use the SDI 12G protocol. They want to find a chip with a single-ended input impedance of 50 ohms. Whether it is a retimer, an equalizer, or a line driver, it can be anything, but I only found differential impedance parameters(75- to 100) in the data sheet. , please give me some advice.

    For 12G SDI there is only differential input(LMH1228 or LMH1297) or output(LMH1219 or LMH1297) 100-ohm impedance. At this data rate, 12G, differential impedance is a better choice for noise and cross talk purpose. These devices use single ended 75-ohm interface. Please introduce these devices to your customer and let us know their feedback. It would be good if we can get a block diagram of this application.
