TLIN1431-Q1: TLIN1431-Q1

Part Number: TLIN1431-Q1

i have question about total sleep current of this device. the vbat and wake pin sleep current data can't be found in datasheet. see below:

  • Lynn,

I think you are intending to look for the supply current, but you've pointed to the VBAT sensing current.

Supply current is given a few rows below your excerpt in that same table. Look for ISUPTRXSLP.

The WAKE pin is a high-voltage logic pin and is not state-dependent. The IV characteristic of that pin remains unchanged regardless of the state of the device.

  • i'm looking all the sleep leakage currents that are applicable. the questions are listed beside of the charts tthat i posted.

  • Do you mean no matter device sleep or not, WAKE pin will have a maximum 25uA leakage applied.

  • please see my attached chart in my initial question.

  • Lynn,

Sleep mode is not relevant to the VBAT or WAKE pins. The characteristics impacted by device state will list different characteristics based upon the mode, similar to the case for VSUP. VBAT is a reference input, and WAKE is a digital input.

And to your other question from above, each section you've clipped is specific to that pin. So, for example, ISUPTRXSLP represents the supply current consumption under the test conditions listed in the test conditions column, i.e. with LIN high.

The other clip showing IRSLEEP represents the current onto the LIN bus, not through the supply.

    Best,

    Danny
