SN75LVDS83B: two types of Xray results

Hi Gil, thanks for the help, I found below packaging guide on your website, see left picture with the Metal and right-hand picture missing Metal, is that normal? do you have any PCN of the packaging changes ?

I think the extra pin you are seeing in the x-ray does not have a signal attached to it. I am not aware of any PCN for this packaging, I would recommend you to submit a CPR form as described in the previous thread. The quality team will be able to answer this question effectively.

Left side we bought DC 13+,

Right side is sample DC21+ ,

got difference on the X-ray and optical images but part QC testing passed, is it possible because the date code difference?

regarding the change in the PCB substrate design. Additionally, please check the X-ray and optical images we've provided (attached) with them to confirm that the change does not have any adverse effects on the part's form, fit, or function. Thank you.
