If you are going to use the XIO2001, then you don't need the errata for the XIO2000.

thank you for reply, but we have a stock of XIO2000 in our warehouse that is prepared for production. We need to use them in this quarter and then we'll switch to XIO2001. For this we need full documentation on XIO2000.
Can these docs fully help?

thank you again for your support, the customer says that this is what they need but for the part XIO2000A. Unfortunately, the errata for the A-ver. also was removed. Can you help us again?
Anyway, we have ordered the XIO2001EVM for tests, hope that as soon as they run out of stock they'll start to use the latest part.
