Hi team,

I would like to protect an UART going from an ECU to another in an automotive environment. This means I have to protect TX/RX against Short-to-batt (12V automotive battery) and Short-to GND.

Do you see any devices in our portfolio that may be applicable for this use case?

Hi Antoine,

Sorry, our device TPD2s701-Q1 only support the DMDP protection, if you want to use it in the TX/RX, I am afraid that the parasitic capacitance is too bigger, will impact your communication speed.
