SN75LVDS83B: Screen noise occurs during power-on and ambient temperature rise.

My customer use SN75LVDS83B and they have screen noise when power on.

Schematic as bellow:

Screen noise is like video. This problem is also related to temperature. When the temperature rises to 40 degrees, such noise will also appear.

I think this noise seems to be related to the clock, or the power-up timing, what do you think?

Yuxi,

How have you narrowed down that there is a problem specifically with SN75LVDS83B here and not with the upstream LVCMOS source, or the downstream LVDS receiver? What signal have you identified is being incorrectly produced by the SN75LVDS83B specifically?

From the schematic there is no obvious issue and the issue description doesn't give much to go off. Have you characterized the input PCLK waveform over temperature? How about the sample/hold times of each LVCMOS signal with relation to the clock input?
