FPC401: reading out pre-fetched data

Part Number: FPC401

Hi, I noticed that the FPC401 addresses the downstream device when accessing pre-fetched SFP data. This results in stretching the host side I2C clock (first two bytes). I'm attaching a screen grab from an I2C analyzer showing this behavior. Channels 0 and 1 are tapped to the downstream port 0. Channels 2 and 3 are tapped to the host side I2C. The data was previously pre-fetched from the port 0 device 0xA0 and is being read out correctly from the FPC401. I'm surprised that the downstream device is being addressed while reading the pre-fetched data, as I didn't find this documented anywhere. Is this expected behavior?
