DS25BR100: Min and Max Operating Allowable Junction Temperature + Theta J-B?

Hi all, 

I am investigating the DS25BR100TSD/NOPB and am looking for the following parameters below. Note that I am not looking for the maximum allowable junction temperature, but for this intent and purpose I need to see what the operating junction temperature is without derating. 

  • DS25BR100TSD/NOPB
      • Minimum operating allowable junction temperature
      • Maximum operating allowable junction temperature
      • Junction-to-Board Thermal Resistance (Theta J-B)

    Greetings Filipe,

    This is a very low power device - max power consumption 43mA. With 60degC/W theta JA, junction temperature is at 85+60X0.043=87.58 degC. These devices have typically 125degC max junction temperature.
