TUSB4020BI: what's the difference of TUSB4020BI and TUSB4020BI-Q1

Dear supporter,

we need to use TUSB4020BI for our design. i checked the spec of TUSB4020BIPHPR and TUSB4020BIPHPRQ1, and i did not find any difference. the work temperature is same, TUSB4020BI's ESD level seems even better. is the only difference AEC certificate and cost? any other point i did not notice?

    Hi Tao:

       For Q1 device, it had more qualification test  with more wider temperature and voltage. During production test, the test limit for Q1 device will be more tighter and has more test coverge , that's why it cost more than non-Q1 device.
