Hi..

Can I get IBIS/SPICE model for this EMI Filter (TPD8F003DQDR). We have a requirement and need this ECAD model for the initial SD card design validation using ANSYS HFSS software.

Hi,

Unfortunately, we don't have an IBIS or SPICE model for this device. Is the only way to validate the device using a model? And is this for a specific customer?

Thank you for replay. Yes, there is an urgency need to validate through ECAD software only. Before going EMI/C compliance we need to verify and validate. If in TI, if there any equivalent to this specification those IBIS model also helpful for this time.

Hi,

TPD8F003 is a device that we are planning to EOL soon but will have a 10 year stock of the device. Because of this we haven't planned to generate IBIS/SPICE models for the device. We do have a device that is similar TPD6F002-Q1 that does have an IBIS model. I will attach the link on where to find it.

TPD6F002-Q1 (link): scroll down to the 'Design Tools & Simulations" section and you will be able to see the IBIS model.
