There is a problem with the product after mass production using TUSB1310A.
I am thinking about reviewing VDD1P1 and VDDA1P1. And in the TUSB1310 Implementation Guide, 3.2 1.1-V, 1.8-V and 3.3-V Analog Supplies states to implement 0.1uF and 0.01uF. Are there any guidelines for ESR and frequency characteristics for these capacitors?
If EVMs have been prepared in the past, could you please provide the BOM List and Guide line?

Issue is the same as the URL below which you have dealt with in the past.
The power line of VDDA1P1 and VDD1P1 is a problem, and I have proposed to the customer to change the capacitor constant as a countermeasure. The customer asked me to provide information on the recommended ESR and frequency characteristics of the capacitor, so I have posted a question.
I understand that there is no EVM because it is an NRND product. If you still have the BOM list or layout diagram of the EVM that you created in the past, I would like you to share it with me.
