This is a very old device whose main purpose is to support legacy applications. Better use a modern transceiver like the THVD1520.

You can use the RS485-HF-DPLX-EVM; the pinout is the same.

Hi Oben,

Alright - the THVD1520 is probably a good place to start - its a modern transceiver and generally will have less performance issues that arise during the testing phase as the older device is a bit harder to work with - as far as RS-485 devices go (which aren't super complicated in the first place - but generally we have much less issues with our THVD line).
