TPD4E001-Q1: Maximum forward voltage and current limit

Part Number: TPD4E001-Q1

Is there a specification for the forward voltage drop of the diode arrays inside of the TPD4E001-Q1?  I am wondering if it can be used as a steering diode array on some digital signals, where the TVS portion of the TVS is connected to a 3.3V supply rail.  Normally the input signals would be < 3.3V as well, but occasionally they could be as high as 36V, but we would put a resistor in series with the signals before the TVS array in order to limit the current in that case.
