Hello?
I'm waiting for the release of the VSON type to change the CAN converter I'm currently developing to TCAN3413DRB. (maybe end of April?)
For the range of power (VCC) applied to this product, the maximum rating is -0.3 ~ +6.0 V and the recommended operating range is +3.0 ~ +3.6 V. (VIO=1.8 V)
If 5 V is applied to this product, how much will its lifespan be shortened?
It is indicated that there is an effect on device reliability, functionality, and performance, but I would like to know the approximate life expectancy or MTBF.
From now on, I will review whether it is possible to unify the converter into one regardless of voltage in the product I'm developing.
Thank you for reading.
