We have identified an alternative tvs  Diode from TI  MPN :  TPD1E05U06QDPYRQ1
We need your support to confirm  the below attached  footprint (Land pattern )  will be suitable for  TPD1E05U06QDPYRQ1 ?  We had confusion between the bottom view value and Land pattern values provided in the datasheet.

    Although there are slight variations between this land pattern and the land pattern shown above, I believe these are compatible. The differences in the dimensions for the land pattern shown above will vary by small amounts, and the dimensions here are already very comparable (0.65 vs 0.7mm, 0.35 vs 0.3mm).

    Because of this, the footprint shown above will be suitable for TPD1E05U06QDPYRQ1.
