Yes; the EN pin is overvoltage tolerant.

Hi Hailiang,

Please remove pull-up resistors on the A-side of the TCA9509 buffer. R2044 and R2045 I believe.

TCA9509 implements an internal current source for current detection and direction so that it can buffer i2c signals in both directions (current source used for direction control).
