For 4*UB935>>UB960 application, what is the example code for basic synchronized CSI-2 forwarding? I think below example code is for 4*UB933>>UB960, thanks!

    Hi Jiawei,

    Thank you for your question. This code will program the 960 to operate with basic synchronized forwarding regardless of the partner serializer. The forwarding programing is not serializer dependent. If the devices are operating in CSI mode, the RAW data type register writes will not be needed, but the portion configuring synchronized forwarding will be unchanged. To enable basic synchronized forwarding simply follow the script beginning with the "CSI_PORT_SEL" line.

    Thanks for your reply. For basic synchronized CSI-2 forwarding, do we need configure 0x72? Basic sync CSI-2 forwarding has 4 VC-ID.

    Hi Jiawei,

    Register 0x72 will set/remap the VCID of the incoming packets. This register only needs to be set if the incoming video streams need VC-ID mapping. For example if all video streams already have independent and separate VC-IDs then they do not need to be remapped. This will depend on the system configuration and customer's preferences.
