Sorry, we no longer offer any support for these two devices on the E2E forum. Please consult the existing collateral in the “Technical Documentation” section of the TVP5151 product web page along with the Frequently Asked Question document. As you can see on the Technical Documentation section, there is an app note The TMS320DM642 Video Port Mini-Driver for TVP5146 and TVP5150 decoder. You may search the E2E forum for archived posts of previous discussions which may help address your questions. Sorry for lack of guidance.
