TCAN337: 1M spec for bit width

The 2Mbps specification will apply to any data rate 2Mbps or slower. The timing symmetry values and bit width variation (in ns) for 2Mbps can be used for a 1Mbps application. 

Note that the transceiver does not necessarily know what data rate is being used. Many of these parameters come from CAN standard requirements that specify different values for transceivers that may support lower or higher data rates. We have included both sets of requirements for our devices so the stricter of the two timings may be expected for most cases, though only the values and test parameter on the datasheet are actually tested.
