1. Are the CML outputs (Y and Z) of SN65CML100 internally terminated with 50ohm to VCC?

2. Does cml100.ibs model include the CML output 50ohm termination resistors to VCC?

No, termination to VTT needs to be provided externally.

No, you have to provide external termination in your simulation.
