DP83TC814S-Q1: How to set Ethernet mode of operations as full and speed as 100Mbps

The DP83TC814 is a 100BASE-T1 PHY and only supports 100 Mb/s speed, where are you seeing that the speed is at 10 MB/s?

I see that 100Mb/s is supported, I see that link is up, what link partner is being used currently and what speeds does the link partner support?

Our driver has been tested on 5.10 linux kernel, and not tested on 3.18. Backporting this driver to previous kernel versions is unfortunately outside our scope.

However can you please send a register dump from the PHY registers 0x0000 to 0x001F to see what speed is being set internally and if link up is occurring.
